Learn How to Set Up

Push down on the positioning tip with your left hand to disengage the positioning teeth, and lift up the spool with your right hand.

Disengage the locating tooth by pressing down on the locating tip A with the right thumb.
Open the second mechanical arm with your left hand to the proper position.

Press down on tip B with the thumb of your left hand.
Disengage the positioning teeth and detach the third robot arm with the right hand.

Place the fingers of the right palm underneath and press down on Tip B.
Disengage the positioning teeth and adjust the third arm with the left hand.

Finally, adjust the angle of the spool, and hold the wire guide vertically against the edge of the orifice. The front end of the wire leader should not be in the air with the nozzle!

This machine is designed for one-person operation.
Cannot be operated by two people at the same time to prevent finger pinching.
When adjusting the arm joints, make sure that there is a "click" on the positioning tip.
The sound of the buckle is what secures the arm.
